## Leadership

Andrew Dumke is the Founder and Managing Member of Cloudbreak Capital. Prior to founding Cloudbreak, he was Chairman, CEO, and co-founder of Avexus, an enterprise software company ranked in the Software 500. Before Avexus, he was a General Partner at PMF, where portfolio companies included Dataworks (successful IPO), Brainstorm, Ingredients International, Portrait Displays, Furman, and Assist Cornerstone. He studied computer science and accounting at the University of Utah. He serves on the Board of the San Diego Air & Space Museum and is a licensed multi-engine and rotary aircraft pilot who flies a Phenom 300.
